Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive your item. If you have ordered multiple items in one order but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

Partial Withdrawal

If you have purchased multiple items in the same order, you may return one or more items individually, even if they were purchased together.

How to Withdraw

You have 14 days to notify us of your wish to withdraw from your purchase by emailing us at dodogpineshop@gmail.com. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

You are responsible for the cost of returning the package, and you are liable if the item is damaged in transit or does not arrive.

Condition of Returned Items

To receive a full refund, all items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received. If the item has decreased in value because you have used it in a way that was not necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function, you may only receive a partial refund based on the item's market value. In some cases, this may mean no refund at all.

Refund

We will process your refund no later than 7 days after receiving your return. Please note that we do not refund any original shipping costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
