What is the return policy? 

Since all products are print-on-demand and made specifically for you, we generally don't accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged. If something's wrong, contact us and we'll make it right. Stay Metal! 🤘

Are any purchases final sale? 

Yes – all print-on-demand items (T-shirts, tote bags, mugs etc.) are made to order and are final sale unless there is a production error or damage.

When will I get my order? 

Production typically takes 3–7 business days, followed by shipping. Denmark: 2–5 days. EU: 5–10 days. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Where are your products made? 

Our products are printed and fulfilled by EU-based print-on-demand partners. This means shorter shipping times for Danish and European customers, and a lower carbon footprint. 🌍

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. You'll always see the exact cost before you pay – no surprises.
